Please consider joining or upgrading your membership to the $100 level.  Membership dues of $100 or more are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.  Please consult your tax advisor.

*Note: Additional postage is required for international members for Tourist and Cabin Class memberships.  Canadian members add $16;  international members, add $35.

Tourist Class ($50)

  • Four issues of PowerShips magazine and quarterly e-newsletters Ahoy! and The Telegraph
  • Participation in Passenger Partner Program and Museum Admission Incentive Program
  • Discounts on photos, research, and select items in the SSHSA Ship Store

Student ($30) / Library ($60) / Family ($5)

  • Same benefits as Tourist Class (*Note: Family level must correspond with a full membership.  One PowerShips is mailed per household.)

Cabin Class ($100) 

Approx. $30 tax deductible

  • All the benefits of Tourist Class plus 10% discount in SSHSA Ship Store and
  • Complimentary subscription to the quarterly magazine American Heritage
  • Recognition as a Cabin Class member in SSHSA’s electronic newsletter, The Telegraph
  • One Council of American Maritime Museums (CAMM) card for complimentary admission to 80 maritime museums
